Ms. Ritu is a Certified Career Analyst and a study abroad specialist, accredited by both BCPA, India and ACCPH, UK, and IAAP with over 20 years of experience in education, training, and student mentoring. As the Program Director at Finkeyz, she leads initiatives in career counseling, Ivy League profile development, and international study preparation, guiding students to align their interests, skills, and aspirations for future success.

Ritu has played a pivotal role in designing and delivering Finkeyz’s Financial Literacy Program, which has empowered over 300 students with essential life and money management skills. Her teaching background includes mentoring students for IIT-JEE, NEET, and AIIMS, where she focused on conceptual learning and holistic growth.

Armed with a Master’s in English and a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Ritu blends analytical precision with strong communication and emotional intelligence. Her certifications in Storytelling, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence further enrich her sessions, making them insightful, inspiring, and transformative for students.
