Manasvi Gupta

Manasvi Gupta, Founder of Way & Why, is a career counsellor with a background in Philosophy and experience as an Assistant Professor. With a strong understanding of student behaviour and decision-making patterns, she supports individuals in navigating career choices with clarity and confidence. Through one-on-one counselling sessions, she works closely with students and professionals to understand their strengths, interests, and aspirations. Her approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and focused on thoughtful exploration rather than generic advice.

She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Delhi and is currently pursuing M.B.A. (HRM). She holds an APPA-certification in Client Counselling. Her work focuses on helping individuals navigate career decisions with clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves. 

Over the past year, she has worked with clients globally, conducting one-on-one counselling sessions tailored to individual needs. Her experience includes supporting 50+ international clients in gaining clarity and making well-informed career decisions. She is currently building Way & Why, a career counselling initiative focused on helping individuals make clear, confident, and well-aligned career decisions.
